- Return & Exchange PolicyNo returns once a wig is delivered and accepted, for hygiene. Exchanges within 48 hours for a wrong, defective or damaged delivery.
- Shipping & Delivery PolicyOrders process after a 70% payment or confirmation. Delivery within Ghana and across the globe via DHL, with delivery fees paid by the customer.
- Order & Payment PolicyOrders are confirmed only after payment. Review your wig choice, colour, length and texture before paying.
